I started walking a couple miles a day in January, and lost a little weight.
Got sick in February and lost a little more. Continued walking after I was better and the weight didn’t come back.
Went to the hospital for a couple of days in March and lost a little more. Started walking again as soon as I was able and the weight didn’t come back.
I weigh less right now than I have in 4 years.
I haven’t lost any weight in the last week or two, but things are starting to fit differently. I’ve found my waist again after missing it for years. All of my pants are loose. I don’t think I’ve every been so excited about baggy pants.
