Good and easy

I tend to experiment a lot when cooking.  As expected, some of my efforts turn out better than others.  Dinner last night was one of the good ones.  Chicken pasta salad with honey mustard dressing.  I grilled a couple of pieces of chicken with garlic and salt and cut it into 1/2 inch cubes.  Cooked half a bag of whole wheat pasta and coated it with olive oil so it would stick together as it cooled.  I picked about a cup and a half of grape tomatoes from the yard and cut them in half.  Tossed those and some chopped bell pepper into a bowl with the chicken and the pasta.  Approximately a quarter cup each of dijon mustard, mayo and honey made the dressing.   Easy and very tasty.
