The hummingbird babies are growing fast. They practice flying several times a day now. Their beaks get longer, by the minute it seems, and their feathers are filling in. The nest is flattening out under their weight. Their mom seems a little ragged. She rests often on the sweet olive branches. She seems to feed them every 15 minutes or so. What a schedule.
What a great experience, to have something like this right under my nose.
